Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 September 2026

Danrovi is a secure provider-to-AI integration platform. This policy explains the information we process when you use our website, business portal, MCP and OAuth connection flows, provider-session experiences, or WhatsApp Business channel.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Danrovi, a product of Beselfz Technologies, collects and uses personal data when you use danrovi.com, create or manage a Danrovi business account, connect an AI client to the Danrovi MCP server, authorize a provider connection, or message the Danrovi WhatsApp Business number.

This policy applies to Danrovi's platform and communications. It does not replace the privacy policy of an API provider whose service you choose to use. Each provider remains responsible for its own products, services, customer records, and data practices.

2. Information we process

The information we process depends on the part of Danrovi you use. It may include your name, email address, business or workspace details, contact enquiry, login and consent records, provider identifiers, capability selections, and technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, request identifiers, and audit events.

We may also process the information needed to establish and protect a provider connection, such as OAuth authorization records, approved scopes, connection status, encrypted server-side credentials, and action records. We design these flows so that passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes, card details, and provider authorization codes are not intentionally placed in an AI conversation.

3. MCP, OAuth, and provider connections

When an AI client connects to Danrovi through the Model Context Protocol, Danrovi processes the authorization request and the records required to authenticate the connection, identify the permitted workspace, expose appropriate provider capabilities, and secure and audit requests. Access tokens and provider connection credentials are handled by Danrovi's server using access controls and encryption.

When a provider requires a customer login, approval, or other sensitive step, Danrovi directs the customer to a provider-controlled experience. The provider, rather than the AI client, performs the sensitive authentication and approval. Danrovi receives only the completion information necessary to continue or report the requested action.

4. WhatsApp Business channel

Danrovi operates a single WhatsApp Business channel. When you send a message to that number, we receive information delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, including your WhatsApp identifier, message identifier, message content, timestamps, and delivery information. We use this information to identify the conversation, apply security and usage limits, find eligible providers, and send a response.

Danrovi may send the minimum message context needed to a configured language-model service in order to interpret a request for a provider service. That model is limited to Danrovi provider tools and is not intended to provide general-purpose chat assistance. We retain records needed to prevent abuse, operate the service, resolve incidents, and maintain a secure audit trail.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to operate and secure Danrovi; respond to enquiries; create and manage business accounts; authenticate users; establish provider connections; execute approved provider capabilities; send requested messages; enforce subscription and channel limits; detect fraud, misuse, and security incidents; maintain support and audit records; and comply with legal obligations.

We process personal data only where there is an appropriate legal basis. Depending on the situation, this may include performing a contract, acting with consent, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or complying with a legal obligation.

6. Who receives information

We share personal data only where needed to deliver the service or where required by law. Recipients may include the API provider you choose, Meta for WhatsApp delivery, the configured language-model provider for limited request processing, hosting and infrastructure suppliers, customer-support providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required.

A provider receives the information needed to perform the capability you selected. That provider's handling of the information is governed by its own relationship and privacy practices with you. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining required connection and audit records, resolving disputes, preventing misuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and service involved.

Danrovi uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted sensitive server-side values, transport security, access controls, and audit records. No system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes, card details, or other sensitive secrets in a chat message.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To make a request, contact us using the details below and include enough information to identify the relevant Danrovi account, authorization, or WhatsApp conversation. You may also have the right to raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Danrovi evolves. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of Danrovi after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
